Had a great experience using comfort cab! Very friendly driver who got me to and from where I needed to go safely! I ended up forgetting a gym bag of mine in the cab and called the next day and the operator I believe Ifti was his name, took it upon himself to reach out to the driver and make sure my bag was found and brought back to the comfort cab location! Thanks so much comfort cab I greatly appreciate it!! I was very worried about losing my belongings and they got them returned to me no problem. Very honest company and will be using them again

I have never taken a comfort cab, and I can assure you I never will. I'll take a chance with the elements or hitchhiking. I don't know how these people get their license. I have seen them do U-turns in school zones. They have turned across two lanes of traffic in front of me. If you're parallel parking, you should be able to. You shouldn't have to worry about some prick deciding he doesn't have to wait for you. I would say about 40% of them that I have seen actually use their signals. It's at the point that I'm nervous if I see them on the same street as me. I'm surprised they got big enough to buy another company out the way they drive. I rated them one star because zero isn't an option.

Nothing quite like waiting an hour for a taxi..... after a confirmed pick up. I'm not sure if this is a company issue or a city issue. But I'm sick of it. I understand our weekday needs are low. But we have to provide a better weekend service. Somehow. Someway. Comfort cabs is not getting it done.

If I could choose rate this cab service zero stars or -10 stars if I could. If you want to be harassed and verbally abused then this is the perfect service for you. Called comfort cab they did come fast but my phone died so I couldn’t answer his call when he came but got into the cab no hi how are you or anything. One of the machines weren’t working so he started yelling “what the hell” and took the longest route possible payed 22$ from exhibition area to market mall. So when it came to pay I was “taking to long” so he ripped my card out of my hands and swiped it for me then threw back on my lap. So when I finally got home and my phone was charged up I see the cab driver left a voicemail it is him yelling “what the hell is wrong with you”

*PRESS YOUR LOCAL REPRESENTATIVE FOR RIDE SHARING SERVICES LIKE UBER OR LYFT* Called over 3 times for a pickup at one location. Cab never came. Each time they assured us our pickup was marked as “urgent”. When questioned about their service the operator simply hung up on us. 0/10 would recommend. Order united cab, walk home, or get a ride from a friend.
