Professional and fast service. The store can do some updates but either than that, the service is excellent. I got my iphone 8 screen repair in no time. I have a working phone again! The cost of the replacement screen was reasonable. I bought a case from them too so hopefully, I won't have to go back for repair.
Just got my iPhone X screen replaced today. Very happy and satisfied with the service. The process was seamless and I'm impressed with the work of the technician. My phone was repaired in a timely manner, for a reasonable price and is working in perfect condition. Thank you!
AMAZING experience here. The customer service was better than anywhere I've gone to with tech related problems. Not only did they work FAST, but they wouldn't accept payment until the job was done, shown to me, tested WITH ME present. I had a shattered iPhone screen, and it was very affordable to fix here. I will be coming back as well as recommending Comet Mobile to literally anyone and everyone.
Really great staff and even better customer service! The staff are all warm, friendly, patient and extremely efficient. The staff know their stuff and share their knowledge with their customers. They tell you step by step what they are doing. They were extremely sympathetic and understanding when I cracked my screen a second time, right after . They helped me out with the price of my second set of repairs. Most places wouldn’t. They also have a great selections of phone cases all of which are reasonably priced. I finally found a trustworthy and reliable place.
Long overdue review... but one weekend I came home from school searching online for an iPhone 6 screen repair and found these guys online. I had read the reviews and saw that these guys were reliable and trustworthy as well as honest with their prices. At first, I was hesitant like any reader would feel when reading these reviews because they could honestly be fake but, as soon as I met with them you can tell how knowledgeable and friendly they were. I was super surprised to find this quality of service so close to home and was impressed with how fast they fixed my phone and how cheap it was to get it fixed. I will definitely be coming back and recommending these guys to my friends and family.
Super nice and friendly staff, super fast and amazing prices. I went in to get a screen replacement on my iPhone 6 and could not believe how cheap it was to repair, definitely the cheapest place I've seen. Very fast as well, only took about 20-30 min and they even put a screen protector on that I brought from home. Very satisfied!
I brought my iPhone 7 in to have the screen replaced. Their price was much cheaper than any other place we called. The screen was replaced in 45 minutes and the employee was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Comet mobile for your cellphone repairs..
Quick and excellent service, great prices. Henry fixed my broken screen on the spot. He worked on my phone in front of me and showed me what he was doing so the experience was educational as well! Decided to get my battery replaced as well, two weeks later everything is working great. Would highly recommend.
