Hello, I would love to be able to share our most recent experience with your company. I have had you make our caps for my sanitation business for a few years. My wife and I purchased a local ice cream stand last summer and this year we decided to change things up. Our logo is a little complicated and very bright. Your art department was a little unsure at how the colors would look together, and after an email exchange, we left it in their hands. Well, the result was AMAZING!!! We are so happy with the way these caps turned out, so we will definitely be ordering more. Could you PLEASE pass our gratitude of a job well done to whoever made this happen? Also, we are about 80 miles south of Buffalo so if anybody ever comes down to the Kinzua area, please have them look us up. Thank you again, and looking for many years of business with COMDA. Have never had a problem with Comda in the 15 plus years I have used them. I have ordered calendars and other items for my insurance and financial services business. They have been attentive and take the initiative every year to call me and ask for my renewal business. I appreciate that. Will continue to use them in the future.
My order took a really long time to receive as it was backordered. The estimated time of delivery because of backorder was a month and the product came in about 2 months. The product itself was of good quality, the price was right and the communication/customer service was very good throughout the process however. I never felt like I was left hanging. All in all, a good experience.
I hate to leave negative feedback without a valid reason. I have used Comda for years then stopped and came back, every time I return I get more disappointed then the last time. surprisingly when you call to rectify the customer service does not seem to care or less, basically last one told me "my sales rep left and she does not believe what I say" so disappointing. Great company but customer service sucks.
We order annual calendars from Comda each year. The quality and selection is wonderful. Personal service and quick shipping. Overall experience was great!
