Completely over the top pricing with zero negotiating and of their rockers management. Be careful and informed about what you’re buying. This used to be an affordable place but on our most recent visit, they priced an item at $34.00 that costs $7.00 new at Lowes. All the reviews posted in the last year say the same thing, this is not the place to go if you are looking for a bargain. I appreciate your response but from reading other reviews this seems to be an ongoing issue. Googling an item’s “new-retail” price and then reducing by a few dollars is simply not research. Nor is it appropriate for a charity-based establishment and seller of used goods. Perhaps management should consider re-training with an experienced professional. And the item in question was a small piece of stovepipe.

I love the fact that the money goes back into the habitat programs. But I dislike the fact that the donated items are way over priced. Especially when you can buy new for less if you shop around, use Amazon, yard and estate sales.

I bought a Broyhill Bed frame, coffee table and they are absolutely beautiful. I definitely would spend time there before going anywhere else and the staff are so helpful.

Super expensive junk. Way over priced. Act more like a high end NYC antique shop.....
