Columbia College - Crystal Lake

I've been a student at Columbia College for almost 4 years now, and although I have taken all of my classes through the online campus, their Crystal Lake campus is great. Whenever I need assistance with registering for classes, their staff is very quick to respond to my inquiries and overall is a pleasure to work with. I'm also getting close to graduating and recently made an appointment to go over my degree checklist, and the senior advisor met with me and covered everything seamlessly and painlessly. Best experience I've had with any college. I don't feel like just a number here - they go out of their way to help you out as much as possible. So glad I chose Columbia!

I have been going to Columbia for over three years now. I finished my BA there and also now starting my Masters. I love the program and the people at the branches. They are always helpful, going above and beyond for thier students. The advisers that I have met with were knowledgable and fast to respond. I am glad that I made this choice!

After two appointments with their staff, I got nowhere closer to signing up for the classes I was interested in. They never followed up or emailed me with the information I was requesting. After I called to follow up with THEM, they called me a day later after I left a voice mail for one of the advisors, giving me their 1- 800 phone number for their main campus in Missouri. I tried getting transferred to the correct department, and yet again, went straight to voice mail. They really must not want my money.
