We love the cheese curds that they make here. There always very fresh. They also have a variety of sharp cheddar cheeses that are outstanding. It's a great little shop, we try and stop every time we're in Pulaski.
Update your business hours or stick to the ones you created. I looked online and called and both the hours posted were in the timeframe I took for the 30 minute trip out. Don’t waste people’s time.

Pricey cheese. I was happy with the small trial sizes. The quilt shop part was ridiculous . $450 for an amish quilt??? Um no thank you .....
We were hoping more for a tour or behind the scenes experience with the staff. But it's just a location to buy product....which is amazing by the way, but only come to purchase. There's no sampling either. We loaded up with all kinds of options for our long trip home!
Best decision you will ever make to walk into this store and buy the most amazing tasting cheese!
If you love cheese this is heaven. They have any cheese you can imagine and then some. Wish this place was closer to home so I could go more than once a year.

My husband loves aged cheeses... he loves this store! I enjoy it even though I'm not a huge fan of cheese. Small town feel... it is in Pulaski, so probably why. We make a day trip to go... sometimes followed by a trip to Clayton NY..
