Had a little birthday party here and it was great to get out and have some fun with the kids. Thanks to Jodi for being a great hostess and getting the kids going on their ceramic pieces and being so patient with us. I can’t wait to see them finished!
LOVED IT!! Kids and adults both really enjoyed it. Will send the kids back for a craft and pizza night, and will also return there with just adults to have a fun time being creative. The staff made it fun and were so helpful. As a tip for going the first time with kids - pick sometime fairly small as it takes a while for the kids to put several coats of paint on. Can't wait to return and would highly recommend!
Colour Me Mine is a fabulous way to spend an afternoon or several with friends or on your own. Walking in for the first time can be overwhelming just from the selection of pottery and paint! Prices include all of the supplies you'll need, and you can come back as many times as you like to finish off your project. I haven't tried it yet, but there is also glass fusing here!! Forgetab some lunch before you head over to paint? They've got snacks and drinks for sale! There's also a washroom, so you can easily spend hours there working away. The owners here are very friendly and attentive, and so are their employees. I always feel very welcome when I show up to continue painting something! This has become a regular pastime for me and my friends, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to spend a relaxing afternoon creating something. Pictures are of my first project, before and after firing.
A great place to spend some hours painting some pottery. A family favourite that can often be a multi hour event where you can enjoy the company you came with or converse with the friendly staff.
The staff were super helpful, my friend and I each chose a travel mug to paint. We didn't finish after the first visit so they carefully pack the ceramics for you to bring home and then come back again another day. We also were given the option to bring glazes home to finish. We haven't picked up yet but are very excited. There is a week wait time for firing. The glazes have an easy to understand chart that shows the colours and the numbers on the bottle associated with the colour. There's of ceramic shapes to choose from with prices listed on the bottom, lots of brushes and plates for glazes and inspirational images to help with ideas. We will go again for sure!
Great place to book for a birthday party. Appropriate for all ages. Good selection of pieces to paint at different price points to accommodate any budget. And most importantly, friendly service! I highly recommend this place!
Great experience, staff is friendly, usually a nice to place to visit if you're looking for a calm environment. Great for families, making gifts or just learning to paint. They host fun activities for kids and they have lots of classes to help you get your art game on!
Went in to check out the ceramics, but immediately walked out upon seeing the prices. For my family of 3 to paint something was the equivalent to the cost of a week's worth of groceries!
They handled Covid really well with having take out painting but the thing is, the floor is really creeky and my sensory issues don’t like the sound from it
