Pretty much a ghost town these days. What was once a vibrant destination for locals and out-of-staters has been reduced to a shell of its former self by poor management, lack of advertising and short-sighted renter incentives. Now they're kicking out the last of their tenants to make way for unwanted and some say unneeded housing.
Not much of a market place anymore however there is a big empty space with outlets and Wi-Fi if you need a quiet place to sit down and study. Also if you are looking for a great place to eat and maybe few beers the Elm city brew pub is the place to go
The owners have so over changed for rent, that all the retailers have left or are moving to other locations. It's more like a ghost town than a mall. And the retailers that remain are over priced to meet their rent a assume that it's not worth the time. Stick to downtown for your shopping.
Historic shopping plaza past it's hay days of the 80s and 90s, but still housing Elm City Brewing, and now an Indian food option that is quick and affordable.
Very well kept. The stores that are there were clean, inviting, and interesting. Good spot for lunch, there's a few different options. Lots of empty storefronts however..
Very disappointed to find out the stores are being removed and apartments will fill the building. This is a beautiful historic building it would have been nice to keep it as stores and open to the public.
So many stores have left. It has been many years since the beautiful building has seen the vitality it once had.
Needs some more stores, but I really love this place. Coolest little 'mall' in NH.
Very friendly, inexpensive, kind and quick. It was a much better choice then going to the ER.
Needs more stores in the Mill!!!! nice to see the Children's Museum open.
