The thickness and make of this pizza is certainly surprising to first time visitors but to date its one of the best pizza's we've had throughout the country. The Hot Oil or Sausage pizza's are made quick and delicious. Order your own pie per each person.
CT takes a couple points lead in the NY vs CT pizza war with Colony’s offerings. Make sure to go hot oil or go home. Excellent service here with a fun and friendly staff.
The best pizza I've ever eaten. Do order with the hot oil
I live in NYC, and whenever I am in the area, I stop here for a pie. I would put Colony up there with all the great NYC pizza places and it can hold its own. Sausage and Hot Oil is my go to, but anything and hot oil from here will change your life.
They make some really good pizzas here and would recommend you try to give them a try. And would recommend you try them out for yourself.

They take forever .... we came here at 6:48 pm and now it’s 7:42pm... That’s already 1 hour . I’m literally starving .
As always, pizzas were excellent. Even with covid restrictions etc. everyone did everything necessary to keep everything clean and sanitized, social distancing was good along with everyone wore masks.thumbs up to all.
