If I could give this place a negative number??? I'd give it a negative number, however with the horrible customer service I dont have to give it such a negative number- numbers will talk on their own with such horrrrrible service! I go there a week ago, two guys at the counter, I ask for a simple battery price, which on their window "Battery" specializing........WRONG! I asked them for a price quote, I asked can this be installed, their reply? I DONT KNOW! So he asks the fellow associate do they install batteries, which the associate replies "no, this isnt a garage" I asked once again, you dont install batteries???? HIS RESPONSE........I dont want to go out in the rain!!!!!! Winner for 2018 worst customer service award - Colonial Auto Bay Roberts! Will NEVER take my cash in hand to this business again, and will not recommend this place to anybody-
