Contacted online, setup an appointment date for 5 days away. That day I get a call from someone wanting to setup an appointment... Didn't I already do that? OK, let that slide. So I setup an appointment with the person on the phone for the next day. No one shows up. If you can't get your logistics straight, I can only imaging how everything would have gone.
