I am sitting here in the parking lot as my daughter is inside attending a Youth Parliament event.nnThe facility outside and inside looks a little dated, but there is accessible parking, door openers etc. The foyer and hallway I looked down seemed clean.nnIt is a small institution but it looks pretty good and tended to. There were a couple bad pot holes in the non visitor parking lot, but there was enough room to open wide to drive around them.nnIt's a quiet location, just off the main highway and short drive from town hall.nnI have no affiliation to this place, just waiting in the parking lot for my child to finish her event hosted in there. Everyone walking in and out seem happy or at least not upset or mad. It is a Friday afternoon that I am writing this though; maybe it's just a happy day.nnBonus is visitor parking LOOKS to be FREE. No passes or permits to struggle with. However there is a NO LOITERING sign and a garbage can.nnThe property doesn't have any garbage on their green space nor around the walls and corners of the building.nnSeems like a nice place. It's not scary, dilapidated or full of graffiti etc.nnThank you.
