There are a number of Snohomish restaurants, but the Collectors Choice Restaurant, located on the Pilchuck River in beautiful Snohomish, Washington, is the only AAA Approved restaurant in town.

The restaurant was named the "Best of the Best" in the area by SW Media Group's Nationwide Restaurant Survey. !!! AND the CCR was voted BEST RESTAURANT in Snohomish by KOMO listeners and viewers in 2011!!!

Since its beginnings in 1983, the Collectors Choice Restaurant has been and continues to be a favorite Snohomish restaurant. We serve top quality fresh food prepared by highly trained kitchen staff and served by friendly, but professional, waitstaff.

Our dining rooms are attractive and inviting. The decor with two fireplaces, wood-grained floors and the historic photographs framed nicely on the walls complement the ambiance of Snohomish.

We have very large menus for all three meals, offering American style entree choices, as well as specialty dishes and daily specials.

Update: Removed stars for poor service, waitress leaving other guests dirty dishes on our table and cold food. 
After being seated we waited 20 mins or so before the waitress came. When she did, she took our drink orders but put another tables dirty plates on our table and just left them there. 
She kept walking by and it had been awhile since we ordered drinks. So I finally got her attention and asked about our drinks and also asked if she could remove the other tables dirty dishes. She took the plates and said she'd check on our drinks but didn't say anything about the dirty dishes she put on our table. 
When she came with our food it was pretty cold. It might have been good if it was hot or at least warm but it was cold. We were very disappointed with our entire experience.

I usually love the atmosphere, and service is usually great, this evening was a disappointment to say the least. Appetizers were great, drinks were okay. Theresa forgot about my water for at least 20 minutes, as she continued to bring folks waters all around me and I was unable to flag her as she was too preoccupied, even though we were only one of 3 tables with just a few people seated at the bar. We ordered steak, one with crab and one with prawns. She didn't ask how we would like our steak, as a result it was far too overcooked. She messed up my friends order and when it was corrected her crab was cold as ice. Yuck.

I bet this place is great for breakfast but otherwise it's quite dreary. This seems to attract a dull crowd in the range of baby boomers to the elderly. I was there for dinner and the food was decent but not as exciting as it should have been for the price. Though most restaurants do it I feel it's worth mentioning, my salmon was over-cooked. 

They offer craft beer but when I asked what was available from the breweries listed on the menu the waitress just parroted back. Apparently she did not know that those breweries make more than one style of beer. It even took two trip to the bar to finally get an answer so even the bar staff had the same issue. I blame there training and not them, not everyone is interested in alcohol.

What it boils down to is that this is a glorified Sherry's or Perkins(decent diner chains).

Went to lunch and,ordered the Prime Rib Dip sandwich. Recieved it with literally 2 VERY THINLY SLICES of supposed PRIME RIB. Waitress was very apologetic and had cook FIX it. Got it back. With 1 more slice of meat that had been put on the FLAT TOP AND WAS now cooked until it was leather. Waitress did take the meal of the bill. I will not go back. Way over priced for the quality of the meal. Not worth all of the hype.

Delish! Huge selection of breakfast. Really yummy turkey melt and great cod and chips. Service was fast and friendly. She hooked us up with extra tarter sauce for our leftovers. So nice!
