Ordered an andouille sandwich off the menu. This is not a sandwich.
The pork chop I got had only 1 LITTLE portion of it that was edible, the rest was tough like leather. The red beans and rice was bland. And the pineapple cornbread was not it. The Greens was on point though!

I have patronized Collard Greens And Other Things several times, and I am picky. The food is excellent. I travel from Seattle just to visit the restuarant. I have yet to have something that was bad. The fish is the best...melts in your mouth.
Best Catfish in the world. Catfish is cleaned meticulously and cooked to perfection. Best potato salad in Washington. This is a TEN star establishment.
