Great infrastructure, the music department in particular has advanced high-tech equipment and the staff are very welcoming and attentive.

Arrogant staff via email, completely crazy about students. Pretty average service. We feel no interest from the teaching staff in the academic success of students. If you have the choice between Chicoutimi/Jonquière and Alma, don't choose Alma. Plus, because of COVID, it messes up student admissions, and some who were admitted are no longer admitted. Beautiful nonsense.
