Coles - Seaway Mall

My experience was holiday week trying to get something that the website said was there. I normally buy from there which is why I am giving a 3 and not a 1. The frustrating part is when I went to ask for assistance I got a bunch of attitude. Nothing is organized, and when I was left to find the book on my own, due to originally not getting service, I went through an entire section because the website said it was there. Funny thing though, the person working pulled up the website where it said it wasnt there. We compared notes, and I left the store empty handed.

Have been ill for about a week now but was longing to get out of the house. Found exactly what I was trying to find at Coles! Looking for a good book or wildlife magazine to better understand still life/shapes and of course Coles had one of the best magazines; Canadian Geographic! Still want more drawing books but budget says hold until we can afford.

Bookmarks are so hard to find these days and my daughter collects them. This location had a great selection! What a clean neat store.

How do bookstores stay in business? By offering not just books but also items for great gifts. Their holiday shopping items are awesome and reasonably priced. Staff here helpful, the area is large and not overcrowded. Myself personally would like to see more places to sit for a bit while choosing a book.

Pretty good bookstore. Always clean and organized. Prices are fairly reasonable. Lots of books, some toys, nice gift ideas and Greeting cards. However, not as good as Chapters.

Lovely staff...some great picks of craft kits for kids x well priced! I like the way the store is setup.

Sat Nov 9th very rude and ignorant kicking people out of store because they didn't have mask medical exempt which they can not do ..constitutional law and freedom they were wearing mask so if people or store employees wear mask and those medical excempt don't wear mask do to medical issues then whats the problem. Store employees your mask works right.... talking to lawyer will be suing

Smaller store then your regular chapters but great selection and nice employees
