Horrible service. Wanted to exchange a book but didn’t have the receipt. Wanted a gift card instead but the tall blond girl said I needed the receipt. So I went to chapters and they did it no problem. Won’t shop here again. Chapters has much better staff
I always love to visit. The store is warm and inviting even with Starbucks attached. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable but seem spread a little thin.
Good store with most any book and 99% of the time it's in stock unlike other book store that seem to focus on their Starbucks coffee more then literature.
They have a good selection of fantasy novels and graphic novels. Manga section is fairly large for a small store.
The staff are friendly and willing to help. If the book you want isn't in they are more than happy to order it in.
We need more bookstores. This city needs interesting things and places to get people to come out. Things like this are important.
I dont usually shop here but when I do go to browse the staff are so friendly and always check to see if they can help..
