We have had excellent service at this Coles location. I was looking for a particular book for a gift and the online service revealed there was 1 in stock at this location. We headed down there but could not locate the book. As it was Christmas, the store was extremely busy. There was a lull at the till and one of the clerks asked if we needed assistance. When I told her I couldn't find the book the computer had just said was in stock, she remembered that she had seen it in the shipment received the day before. She headed into the back and located the book for me in the new arrivals. We also had to shop for a young reader whose taste in books we weren't too sure about and we got a couple of great recommendations. We are really grateful that this little store has such a great selection of books. They will also get books in for you if you don't mind waiting. Would rather shop close to home than drive to Polo Park or Grant Park.

Nice little book store conveniently in a mall. The selection in the store is okay, but not vast. However, there is a computerized catalog to request orders. That is very handy, especially since their paranormal section has dwindled to nearly non-existent.

Loved it here , tons of in stock books. Cramped but if your a book lover you just dont care! Very organized and friendly helpful staff!

My daughter loves to read and she always finds a new series to read when we visit. Great selection.
