I love this store! The staff are all very knowledgeable and helpful when you walk in. They are really on top of their customer service, and the girls really know their stuff. I come in there all the time looking for recommendations and someone is always able to help me. Even when it's really busy, someone always checks in with me to make sure that I am finding what I'm looking for. Sometimes I can end up talking to one of the girls there for more than 30 minutes about a specific book that I'm passionate about. It's very clear that everyone there loves to read and they aren't afraid to show it. I would highly recommend this store for young children as well, as they have a lot of merchandise for all ages. They also sell popular items around Christmas time like Elf on the Shelf and Lego Advent calendars. They also have really great clearance sales in their paper shop section. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a positive Bookworm experience :-)

I would like to send a special thank you to Kim and Sandra.. I have been a customer for many years. I have a file where I collect Archie comics and magazines.. They have been so helpful and always take the time to make sure that I haven't missed any issues. A great staff, and always so polite when I call in.
