This location is a bit small, so if your planning on coming with a large group you're probably going to be hanging out in the parking lot. Other than that it's fantastic.

I went in today and was extremely unhappy with my service. I walked in right after a customer walked out and i waited about 2 minutes before i was greeted by anyone with a "what can i do for you". He made me feel extremely un-welcomed and to top it all off he didn't even mix my ice cream. All of my toppings were left at the top of my "Mine" sized container and the oreos had barely been cut up. I love this ice cream but i don't think ill be returning for awhile!

Coldstone used to have such a great summer staff, I would go in all the time with my family, and we all enjoyed the conversations with the workers, and they were all friendly and you could tell that they cared about the customer's coldstone experience. However, the past few times I went in, you could say that the quality was lacking. I recently came in and I am sad to say that the place was a complete mess, the workers barley made any conversation, and when they did it was awkward and not genuine. Anyways, coldstone is a great treat, and will always taste good, but I am just dissatisfied with the service.

Been to others and love it! But seemed as the manager at this location was training, a love it oreo OVERLOAD gets ONE oreo?? Laughable and a small drizzle of fudge. Dissatisfied

Service was good!. But they definitely cheap out on mix-ins. And also don't mix the ice cream and mix-ins. They fold it over twice and put it in the cup. No chopping or mixing. The worst coldstone i have been too.
