Ice cream is pretty good. I would expect the employees to mix up the ice cream a bit more than just smash it down once and put it in the cup.
I Come here at least 3x a month for about 2 yrs for their double chocolate. It's nice when you walk in and the person waiting on you Is kind and smiles back. I don't normally ever get a good vibe because 98% of the time they seem to hate their job and made to feel unwelcome. Today I purposely look at the girls ID because she deserves a awesome review. Thank you for serving with a smile Haily. You are new, so I'm hoping they treat you good so you'll stay.
UPDATE: 3 times last week we ordered our usual 2 items, 1 of which being the Oreo Overload but with Coffee ice cream & always a Gotta Have It size. 1st time was made with incorrect ice cream, all 3 times minimal oreos & all 3 times less than usual for the size ordered. New people and service still all good, just bummed that 3 out of 3 times in 1 week was my very same item subpar. By no means new to this location or this ordered item, so all comparisons based off of steady history of. Hoping it's not a change in business. 8 MONTHS AGO REVIEW 5 stars: Brenda and her team are all wonderful! A pleasant experience every time we visit and not to mention that it's always delicious. Portions are lovely; location is always clean and aromatic, too, of course.
I went to this Cold Stone Creamery on Monday 12/19/22 around 8:30pm. I parked next to a gray Dodge Charger that was running with no one inside. Before we went in I noticed three young men behind the counter. As we were reading the menu and talking about what to order I asked one of the young men how long they had worked there, since no one seemed to know the prices or processes to make anything. They answered it was their first day. One of the young men, who was tall with medium length dark hair, was wearing a black beater tank top, another, with shorter dark hair, had on a black pullover hoodie, and the last had blonder hair and was wearing an actual Cold Stone uniform. The three young men were laughing and messing around before we ordered and the whole time we were at the counter. After they couldn’t figure out how to make anything we had ordered, I decided we would leave. We drove around the parking lot while we decided where else we could go. I noticed the same gray Dodge Charger leaving the parking lot. It’s my guess that two of those young men were not employees but friends of the one kid with the uniform on. I understand wanting to have fun with your friend but doing it at his job, by trying to do his job, isn’t a great way to do that. I felt bad for the people who ordered before us and had to deal with them messing around. I hope Cold Stone takes this seriously and makes the correct actions in response.
The ice cream is always to die for .. the service isn’t. 3 people working at one time and only one person on the ice cream bar. A store full of people, and several groups leaving. Service time is ridiculous. Took well over 30 min to do 4 bowls of ice cream. Recommend the ice cream.. not this location.
Never been to a Cold Stone before. Ice cream is good here. Prices are higher than competitors in general for what you get. Good oreo ice cream which incorporates the cream filling from oreos, though I think it may have too much of it in there at times.
Woman working has zero personality and was not happy to be there. She made very small Gotra Have It cups. That was off putting enough but then a woman came in with 2 kids and went in the back and then behind counter. Sne was eating with a spoon from all the ice cream flavors in the case . The little kids were all over the area where they mix the ice cream with things. Very unsanitary. Never going back there. Sad to because I love their ice cream.
Poorly managed. Employees sit in the back avoiding customers while 1 guys is forced to deal with a lobby filled with people. The two stars are for the guy calmly helping.
The last tree years I always buy ice cream here but this new manager is not good at all. I go there now I wait over 30munites and the manager tell me to get out to her store went I try to asked her about my oder I will never go there agin
If never seen a place that sells icecream so dirty absolutely filthy. I will never go to that location again!
