Ice cream is consistently high quality and well done flavorful, creamy, sundaes are well made and mixed, etc., being a mix between hard ice cream and soft serve 12-14% butterfat. The biggest downside here is pricing, as others have expressed. It will run you ~$10 pp here which is a premium over local shops where you can find more unique flavors and even higher quality. For a chain, and assuming price isn't a major factor, you can depend on Coldstone to provide consistent quality. Note: pictured is one of their new seasonal flavors, Brown Sugar, which was very flavorful and is worth trying. They let you sample whatever you'd like before ordering so definitely try some flavors before committing. Unfortunately this cannot be said of every ice cream place.
Great icecream! Located at the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield Massachusetts. If you looking for a treat, this is a great place to start! Plenty of choices from their menu, or you can create your own combination!! Whether you have it in one of their 3 sizes of cups or a cone or a cone bowl which can also be chocolate dipped or plain, you won't be disappointed. Check it out!!
We ate nextdoor at Max Tavern, the 8 girls in our party just ran into this establishment, but they were closed, door still open. They were very awesome and served us anyway. All the guys were super cool about it and did it with smiles. My wife ended up giving a 20 tip to split amongst themselves. They handled our super rowdy kids with ease to put a nice topper to a great meal at Max Tavern. Thanks Cold Stone Creamery. You guys rock!
This place is peak. If you gave this place any less than 5 stars your a diabetic crack fiend with no friends and a receding hairline. ...or the service was just bad who knows
The girl behind the counter is always personable and very kind, she’s been there the last three times I stopped in to fulfill my pregnancy cravings. I never got her name but she has a septum ring.
Picked up my order. Got home. I live 3 minutes away. Ice cream was completely melted. The cone was stale AF. And do they answer their phones? Nope. Second time in a row having a problem with an online order. Really unprofessional staff. Probably will never go back. Don't waste your time.
I went to this location and have to say I had an excellent experience! The place is busy and rightfully so. The shop is clean and the staff was working efficiently to get everyone's orders done. Nice to see sweet and friendly faces. The management was very helpful to the crew and you can tell they are raising up a good team. Thank you for a great experience, and amazing ice cream! A definite recommend!

the best chain for ice cream around. there was a line but this is to be expected as this is one of the few places that mix-in your sweets.
I came with some friends after some people said the ice cream was very good,however, besides the little show on the stone the ice cream itself is not that genuine and I don't believe it deserves the money we paid. Although still might be a good option when you are looking to try something new!
