Love this place! My son has peanut allergies, and they have procedures and guidelines that they always follow. They take it seriously, which is good because peanut allergies are an allergy, not an intolerance! Thanks, coldstone!
First time trying cold stone . . . Staff was very nice. Ice cream wasn't that great and therefore is greatly overpriced. Maybe that's what all the toppings are for is to hide the true quality of the ice cream. I had the coffee with toffee bits. Flavor itself was pretty good, but I was not a fan of the texture. Has a thick gunky texture. Leatherby's Creamery has a much cleaner texture, much like my favorite Haagen Dazs ice cream.
We are dairy free but Coldstone Creamery offers a Chocolate Almondmilk ice cream that is delicious! They are spendy but worth the price if you are going out for dessert.
This is the best ice cream in Idaho Falls. Jaycee does a great job and is a master ice cream mixer. There's plenty of seating and it's kept very clean. The ice cream is awesome and the caramel apples are great. This is our favorite treat stop in Idaho Falls.
Dirty floor - dirty tables - staff acted like they hated their jobs - said there were no smoothies because they didn't have ice!!! What??? A national chain like Cold Stone without ice? Don't you have an ice machine? No apologies from the staff either about the situation. What is with people not apologizing and acting like they need fiber in their diet?
People are friendly and can get even the strangest orders correct. Great ice cream and lots of selection.
They make a mean ice cream concoction! The girls are fun and upbeat! Watch out though they'll make you feel like a little girl when they arm wrestle you! They are tough as nails from mixing up all the ice cream day in day out! They didn't gloat too bad when they bested me though. 5 stars! Gonna keep training so I stand a better chance next time!
Ice cream is always a 10/10 but the service couldn’t be any worse. As soon as my friends and I walk in a boy asks us if he can get us anything in a very annoyed tone and seemed like he just wanted to rush us out. After I had ordered I waited at the cashiers part of the counter. Just waiting for someone to take my payment. There were only two employees working and the others were talking to each other. My friend had also ordered a like it size shake but ended up receiving a love it size and paying for a love it size and hadn’t realized until we left.
The girl ringing us up had hella attitude over milkshakes. Same with the boy. I think their names were Carson, Jenna, and Hailey. All together, was very unsatisfied with the customer service. They were also talking about cheating on each other and kissing in the coldstone freezer while helping customers?
Jenna, Carson, and Hailey are talking about making out in the freezer very dissatisfied and very unprofessional will not be coming back
