Extremely excellent tasting ice cream. Many flavors found here not available at your local grocery store or other ice cream shops. Some examples are cheesecake, sweet cream and banana flavored ice creams.
The staff need more training. Ordered one item and got something different. The only saving grace is that cold stones ice cream is good, but if poor service continues I will seek out the competition.

Cold Stone is awsome. Their ice cream is so delicious. I really like the Chocolate Devotion. Sooo chocolatey. And the staff are great! They will always get a tip from me.

Horrible I ask for a signature creation and it was almost an ice cream with no ingredients, I even pay aditional for extra chocolate shaving and almost nothing in the ice cream. So bad when restaurants wants to save money and change the food quality.
Love it great service & everything is so good.
Online order system for a cake did not work and nobody picked up the phone on 3 call attempts.
