Don't waste your time. Placed an order a half-hour ahead of time for pick-up. Once we get to the store we are told the product is no longer in stock, even though it is still being advertised in store, as well as through online ordering. Made no attempt to contact us regarding this or cancel the order before we got there.
When to bathroom to wash my hands before getting icecream and the bathroom was so dirty i walked right back out the front door will not return went with friends they all said the service was fantastic and ice cream was amazing
If you're going to force masks in you store, provide them for free! A dollar for a useless mask is ridiculous.. next will it be $2 for 2 because we know that obviously works better than just one. Great ice cream cakes, rude workers and even more ridiculous rules.
Employee touched her hair while making our order. Was rude AF telling us only 8 allowed in the store. Customer service is not at the forefront of what they go for. Ice cream was OK but definitely not to the standard as other Cold Stones we have visited in the past.
Tried ordering through Uber Eats and my order was canceled a few minutes afterwords with no explanation as to why. I understand if it was placed too close to closing. According to your hours here there would have been plenty of time.

Very dirty. If it’s that bad in the front where customers are- I know it is probably even worse in the back areas. Counter was dusty. Floors definitely not cleaned in the past few days. Several flavors of ice cream were out. Looked almost like they were going out of business. Love cold stone but will not be back to this location.
Servers were very mood and didn’t seem like they wanted to be there
Good ice cream. There waffle cones are very good they make them tere! And friendly people working.
