Was in the mood for some dessert and opted to get some ice cream from Cold Stone Creamery! All the ice cream I got, these reeses cups and tub if Ice Cream was really good and lasted me a few days, no complaints there! I dunno how the store itself is so can't comment 9n it but the service seems a LITTLE iffy. It took me a bit to get my ice cream and honestly the price was a lot, TOO much if you ask me. Ice Cream is great but the prices and kinda iffy service makes it far from perfect sadly! Pictures are of the ice cream I got!
If I could rate this 0 stars, I would. Setting aside the service, as I think the guy working had some issues. Including having to correct his billing twice. As far as the ice cream, it is always a joy for us to get to Cold Stone since there is not one near us. However, my husband and I both got the cake batter with mix ins and it was really sour. We both threw ours out. It was not worth the effort of having the extremely slow staff make us something new. I now have a bad taste in my mouth regarding cold stone...literally.
They were out of chocolate chips, birthday cake ice cream, waffle cones, receipt paper, and napkins. Then they made our ice cream they did not chop the strawberries, but that's probably because they were frozen solid. They also didn't chop up the chunks of cookie dough. I had one that was 1"x2". It was so disappointing and did not taste very good. Overall not a great experience and don't really want to go back.
Two times within the past two weeks I have tried to visit this location during its posted hours, but both times it was closed. The first time there was a sign on the door explaining that they closed early due to being short staffed. Today there wasn't even a sign on the door stating a reason; just a locked up building at 3 in the afternoon on a Saturday with the lights off. The business also didn't have an answering service of any kind on their phone. Poor, but sadly par for the course these days as far the service industry is concerned.
If i could give 0 stars this place deserves it! The store is always closed when they say they are open. Workers are sitting in back and will not answer the phone. Finally got ahold of the manager they said "staffing issues". Mind you several times there are two employees sitting in the back room you can see from the parking lot... Very shady stuff going on and dont know how they are still in business if they are never open. They were going to send me a gift card for numerous trips going there and being closed, I never got a gift card or anything from them. I highly recommend calling before you make a trip there to see the store closed during there business hours.
Disappointing stop. They were out of cake batter. Out of chocolate chips. The strawberries were frozen solid. Also somehow they were completely out of waffle cones or bowls. You might as well just stop at the grocery store nearby and get some ice cream. It would also be a lot quicker. The person making our order also couldn’t remember what she made or sizes by time it came to time to pay. So keep an eye on how much they charge you.
Not open when they claim to be. Sign is on but doors are locked. Why wouldn’t a store be open on a Saturday night. L store. L franchise. Terrible business being ran through those doors.
Their sign clearly says that they are open from 11-9. No where on the windows does it say they have changed hours. If I could give a zero rating I would. If their hours have changed they should update them online or even on the website. What a waste of gas.
New owners! They seem to be really trying to make it work here, and are looking to hire asap. Very nice people, please give them some grace I don’t want to lose Cold Stone ice cream lol!
They need to update their hours! Have gone to Cold Stone twice now around 730 and both times they were closed. Please update your hours on Google.
