Customer service is horrible!!! Worst service I have ever experienced, rude employees. 15 mins before closing, and they wouldn't serve us because they were being lazy.
The service was good however, I paid for a medium Graham ice cream cup and actually received a small icecream cup filled with my ice cream and placed into into a medium cup. I hate that I noticed this once I had gotten all the way home which is the other side of Eagan. I will be back to get a refund of the difference.

This was an amazing experience I came with my online order and it was done definitely recommend
They stopped making shock-a-cone in the little to-go containers, so we got cake batter instead. I mean, it was good and all, but nowhere near good enough to justify the price... And we had a $5 off coupon! So, I'd say whatever on the cold Stone creamery... So just about anything would rival the cost-benefit ratio of this spot.
