We visited on a Monday evening, so it wasn't very busy. The service was excellent and the ice cream was even better. I got the love it size with a dipped waffle bowl upgrade. Lots of options for ice cream flavors and mix-ins to satisfy anyone's ice cream preferences!
Today I came in around 1:30pm and the lady working there was incredible nice and knowledgeable. The ice cream was delicious. I will definitely come back. I would recommend to come here 10/10
Employees always look grumpy and give small portions. Ordered two love it sizes with add ins. could easily fit one of them in the smallest size . Ordered two ice cream flavors mixed with cookie dough, the flavors were hardly mixed at all and the cookie dough was whole. Spoon given to me was already dirty. Would've asked asked for a new spoon and more ice cream but didnt notice until we got home.
Don't bother ever trying to order online, it's a waste of time to place an order and get to the end just to be told the store isn't accepting them, why even bother being on doordash? 4 different days and couldn't place an order. I'm done with Coldstone. Much better ice cream places around Blaine.
When I came here it was a busy Saturday. Not much seating was available and the tables were not cleaned. The person behind the counter was nice and the flavors as always are delightful!

The ice cream was good, and two of the employees were nice but one employee was unbelievably rude to both customers and her co-workers. I've had bad days too but her behavior was unacceptable. I won't be coming here again.
Not impressed. First of all, no gloves on any employee. I understand you generally aren't directly coming into contact with food, but that's disgusting like come on does the health department know about that?? Plus I came for a pick up order, they had one customer in line and mine was the only order on the chit line. I waited under the "online pick up sign" and nobody acknowledged me. Employees made eye contact and one walked past me to put some cakes in the cooler. Not even a "hello" let alone asking what I was waiting for. Eventually I caught someone's attention and she seemed surprised I'd be waiting for a pick up order. Granted, I hadn't been waiting super long, but they could have acknowledged me and let me know it would be ready eventually. Whole vibe was off. Good ice cream tho.
On July 31, 2021 I ordered a small cheesecake at Cold Stone Creamery It wasn't expensive but it was cute and I wanted to do something for my spouse's birthday. When I went to pick up my order, the chessecake/ice cream cake I got didn't look like the picture I ordered a week before AT ALL. I asked for a refund. They said they refunded it. I have yet to receive the money. They keep saying their computer system "verified" it's paid back. But my bank statement doesn't show that, it only shows that the money was taken out. It's been almost a month since I have contacted them about getting my refund. NOTHING. How much money have they taken from other customers?
