Despite low reviews about their cakes, I wanted to give this place a chance. Picked up this cake today and highly disappointed. Nowhere near resembles the display picture. Lack of everything and icing mistakes. It seems like it was thrown together last minute. I will not be coming back to this establishment.

I think the stone wasn't cold enough this time, but it was still doable. Might want to fix wall paper and do some updates. Seems like always out of dipped waffle cones. : Otherwise, always friendly and one of my favorite places to get ice cream.
Got a little birthday cake for my son, it was very nice. Haven't tried the little reece's cup things but they sure look good. Only gave 4 stars because I asked for a cup of cookie dough ice cream for my husband but he got cake batter so he was disappointed. It was definitely an expensive trip to the ice cream shop which is exactly why I haven't been there since I was a teenager but it was still very good. Thanks guys.
This place is terrible. We ordered an ice cream cake and we found a dark hair in our cake. When addressed to the manager he says “well I make all of the cakes and I don’t have dark hair”. I have a clear picture of the hair in my food. Avoid this place at all costs
We loved it. It was the first time we’d been to a Cold Stone and it was amazing. The staff was patient since we weren’t sure how to order at first and the ice cream was great. The directions on google were a bit confusing. It’s next to the Safeway gas station if you end up at the Walgreens you’re on the wrong side of the street. The one part I wasn’t a fan of was the singing after the tip but my kids thought it was fun so there’s that. We will be returning soon I am sure.
The ice cream was good... But one of the two ppl serving one of them was being kind of rude and messed up my order even though I was right there saying what I wanted. He was even rude to the other server because she told him something in an excited kind of tone he was walking away while there was still a line then he told her to never talk to him like that in front of customers. Honestly, he made the whole experience uncomfortable. The other girl was on point .. very friendly and giving each customer she had her time and attention. The tip I left was mostly for her.
I had the Silk vegan chocolate ice cream. I was amazed! Most vegan ice creams taste chalky, but this one was rich, smooth, immaculately chocolate, and soft. I ate every bite and rate it 5 stars!
I ordered ahead and paid for the order. We got there when it was supposed to be ready. There was no pick-up area and a big line. We waited in the line and when we asked for our pickup, the orders were sitting there. I put in the order at 8:36pm, arrived to pick it up at 850 pm, and finally got out of there with 2 cups of ice cream at 9:26! The staff was disorganized and seemed unhappy to be there. If I had not already paid for the order I would have never stayed.
Cold Stone ice cream is the best around in my opinion! I gave a 3 star though because every time I've gone into the store the staff has been very unwelcoming. They are either rude or simply seem like they despise their jobs and don't want to be there and that, unfortunately, comes across to the customer.
