I attended Cohesion Physiotherapy for a shoulder injury in the first half of 2017. Richard was very professional and provided me with personalized treatment to get me back doing the things I missed. The very painful restriction is a thing of the past and Richard taught me also how to best avoid a repeat of such injuries in future. I highly recommend.

I highly recommend Cohesion Physiotherapy. The service was excellent, it was easy to get appointments, and Richard was super friendly. Most importantly, they fixed me! Treatment was personalized, he remembered everything, and the exercises for home were easy to fit into a busy schedule. While some appointments started a bit late, they were always made up for at the end (and usually longer, to my benefit). I can't thank them enough!

I went to Cohesion Physiotherapy initially for treatment of a pinched nerve and eventually for treatment of migraines. I was very happy with my results. Through visits and at home exercises I was given, the side effects of the pinched nerve and its side effects went away quickly and my migraines are much less severe and less frequent. I would absolutely recommend Cohesion Physiotherapy to anyone in need of this service. The service provided is wonderful and the environment is very calming and welcoming.

I've had experience with Richard Kung for a lower body injury in the summer of 2014. He was experienced, upfront, honest and got me back playing according to the schedule that we laid out. Couldn't have done it without him.
