Such a cute little bakery!! They had a ton of options, they staff was so friendly and both me and my friend LOVED our baked goods. She got a chicken empanada and I got flan. Both were incredible. All of the staff was wearing masks and we felt safe eating here.
Feels like history. We stopped by here on a trip out of town. Savory food was good and cookies delicious. A piece of classic Americana.

Make several trips a year just for the baked goods from Sparta NJ. Every trip is worth it . Best raisin pumpernickel bread. Their baked goods bring me back to my childhood in Queens NY. Never had a bad lunch at Cohens also.
