Charged me 90 dollars for an eviction notice for 180 dollars I wasn't even aware I owed. Even though I pay my rent automatically every month and had no idea I owed money, they tried to evict me over 180 dollars owed for retroactively raising my rent, without any sort of notice other than one letter I didn't receive. They don't care about their tenants, just trying to get as much money out of them as possible.

They don't know what is called PRIVATE. I've been living in Decarie for 4 years. In the late month of my rent, they begin to take strangers to my home without informing me in advance. They come in and come out like nobody is living here! I claimed it, and what their manager did is trying to convince me they have no fault with rude attitude. She even didn't say a “sorry" to me! Few communicate between the company and tenants. Two stars credit to the service from the staffs who charge my rent monthly.
