You can't even get these people to answer a phone. It used to be they'd serve new customers and existing customers didn't seem to matter but now even a new customers can't get a hold of them. I have no idea how these people stay in business.
Terrible service from Alison today. Made us feel ridiculed in front of long line up of other customers for wanting to return money owed by Cogeco. Extremely unprofessional, total lack of customer service.We had no problem fixing the issue by phone just hour later without any drama.
The internet, home phone , cable that we have is very fast . A lot of channels and who use’s a home phone any more? We don’t

DO NOT USE COGECO! Nothing but a waste of money an time, Im on a 2 year contract I didnt even finish a full year before they upped my bill !!! Completely Unacceptable, an on top of that if I want to leave early I have to pay even more! What a cash grab.
Ripped me off and treated me like garbage over the phone
Extremely slow. Employees spending as much time as possible with each customer burning out the clock, only 3 employees working with one simply sitting at a desk doing nothing. They don't care that the lobby slowly fills up, they will work at their own time. Extremely unprofessional. Do not come here unless you have time to waste.
