Cofotel

Loved the room, amazing and relaxing space. The breakfast had nothing hot in it though, would have been nice to have even boiled eggs. This is my only complaint otherwise I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here!Rooms: 5/5

Very clean, modern, feels as if had just been renovated. We did have trouble finding parking spot because it was fully booked on holidays but the rest of the impressions and comfort overweight it.

Clean, comfortable hotel very near the airport. Would be nice if there was a free shuttle. Breakfast food quality also not the best. Very friendly and handsome! front desk staff on the graveyard shift.

This hotel needs to feel the shame! Profitting from peoples losses… I hope some day they will experience the same feeling with me! All flights got canceled because of snow storm worst in decades and they are responding to me it is none of their business and did bit refund the money with worst attitude ever. I really hope these kind of businesses bankrupt! They do not deserve attention from honest working people…

I have been staying at Hôtel Cofortel for many years and I have never been disappointed. Their staff aim to please, very professional, and I love their rooms. In my opinion, Hôtel Cofortel is th best kept secret in Quebec City.

I would rate this property 5 on 5 as it checks everything. # Its priced decently given taxes in Quebec are super high. # Its located in a good area close the airport and downtown is about 15 mins drive, there is a dedicated taxi call phone near the reception. #Free Parking Outdoor #Few good restaurants nearby Walmart Super center is about 2 mins drive 10 mins walking. #Nice Breakfast Free Coffee and Lemonade throughout the day #Clean and spacious rooms and bathrooms I dont like bathtubs so this cubicle was perfect and also had hand shower which is a welcome sight in North America #Staff are courteous and helpful. I dont remember any names in Particular but everyone were good. If at all I have to say any negatives at all is that there is only 1 elevator and its super slow. Hope they can upgrade it to something slightly quicker. If you are going to Quebec i would highly recommend this property.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights over two separate stays over three weeks. Rooms were completely renovated and spotlessly clean. Both the bed and bedding were very comfortable Bathrooms were a good size, modern and properly equipped. I'm not sure if all rooms were completely renovated at the time of this review but may have been. They were still in progress in some areas of the hotel at the time of our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was not hot but it still offered a very good variety. Thank you to the staff who continually kept the dining area stocked with food and kept it exceptionally clean. I would recommend this hotel. It was only 6 minutes from the Jean Lesage Airport.

We just stayed for couple of days. Hotel was super clean and confortable. Coffee machine and refrigerator were nice addition. Good breakfast for a complimentary. They where awesome letting us check-in early after 8 hours drive. Awesome front desk. Location great 15 min to most attractions.Rooms: 5/5
