I would usually visit the Ajax location on Salem Rd but I decided to give this location a try. I asked for a large caramel ‘ccino and usually there is a bit of thickness to it but the rep decided to water it down and when I said to her that isn’t how it’s supposed to be she then decided to argue with me about how it should or shouldn’t be. I understand that coffee culture caters to a more mature audience but in 5-10 years when these people are no longer around who do you think is coming in to spend money with you? I live in Whitby and for me to go to Ajax just to get a drink is a bit much but I would much rather spend my money with a franchise that has no problem making something the way I like it as opposed to standing there and argue with me about how something should or shouldn’t be. Perhaps these girls could use a bit more training because business like this are built on customer satisfaction.

Friendly and courteous service. High quality offerings from lunch to coffee to desserts. One of my favorite places to unwind..

Coffee isn't the best but it's a cozy place. Would be 5 stars if they didn't burn something every hour, it really irritates the nose. They also run out of crepe batch alot.

I like how they have water on the side and complimentary WiFi. Good place overall with beautiful decor. Makes it very classy and feels like a warm familiar place.

I have to agree with another review that stated this place used to be good but has gone downhill. At 8am in the morning, even on weekdays, this location is usually full. There was maybe 10 people in there today. 

This morning I ordered a cafe mocha and a white chocolate & raspberry scone. I have gotten this scone often, and it was delicious as always. However, the cafe mocha was terrible. There was too much milk in it and overall, it tasted bland. Most places that make mochas add whipped cream (or at least offer it) and add chocolate powder, syrup, or shavings. I wasn't offered, nor did I receive the whipped cream or chocolate toppings. Very disappointing.
