Parking is an absolute pain. The order was placed ahead of time and wasn't ready for quite awhile after I arrived to pick it up. I was also running late besides. The atmosphere is relaxing. I like the fireplace. Customer service could use an update.Parking spaceDifficult to find parkingParking optionsPaid street parking
Attempted to get a nice cup of coffee on a Saturday morning at 6:45 when every single sign said open and yet we're knocking on the door the employees inside just laughed at us and ignored us. Worst example of customer service I've seen in my life. 15 minutes after they were supposed to be open they just literally look at people outside and laugh. as I watched other customers get frustrated and walk away If they were experiencing problems they could've put a sign out front or they could've let all the patrons outside waiting know that there was an issue but yeah they just ignored us and when typing on the door they pointed and laughed. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. If I could give zero stars I would.
I forgot how expensive coffee shops are. $18 for 2 small drinks and lemon pound cake but it was all good. My sister got the smores and I got shaken white vanilla ice latte. It was all fine.Food: 3/5
Staff were friendly, missed in half of order so had a delay. Drinks were tasty. Can be busy.
Bruegger's Bagels at this Caribou location: I had a joke of an experience at this location earlier this morning. I placed an order for the baker’s dozen bagels and shmear which entail a box containing 3 plain, 2 Asiago Parmesan, 2 sesame, 2 cinnamon raisin, 2 whole wheat, and 2 blueberry bagels. Served with 2 tubs of shmear. Instead I received a sad paper bag filled with 6 plain, 3 onion , and 4 Asiago Parmesan bagel and NO TUBS OF SHMEAR. Such a disappointment.
Quaint coffeehouse in downtown Minneapolis. Wouldn’t modify sandwiches in 2022 but that’s okay. Slightly more expensive than Starbucks for my usual drink but that’s also okay because they have great staff and a smooth ambience.
I love the chocolate croissants and blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese that's good and they're hot chocolate is good toFood: 5/5
Low rating since they closed restrooms to everyone. They found it too difficult to say no to the non paying beggars coming in. Unfortunately, the woke employees encourage a socialist culture where either everyone can use the services, or no one, which is BS. I used to spend $100 plus a month in this business. That immediately ceased.
Went for a bike ride on a cold November morning. Stopped at the 1100 Nicollet location for a warm beverage and a bagel. The spread looked like it had been spray painted on the bagel. Rip off! The bathrooms were closed. A sign directed customers to the nearest restroom in the stores opinion at 3rd and Nicollet, 8 blocks away. Wasn't biking that direction, nor was the library at 3rd and Nicollet open at that time. FYI...attention store management..coffee is a diuretic!
Cozy place for breakfast in the mornings. Walkable distance to the convention center so if you're here for a convention or conference this is a great place to grab breakfast, sit and read the news from free Wi-Fi, before heading to your event! Breakfast bagels are good, and so is the coffee - personal favorite is the Farmhouse bagel and mint chocolate coffee!
