Codington Memorial Park & Campground

Memorial Park has a great location on the north side of Lake Kampeska. There are many campsites, amenities for camping, walking trails, boat ramp, and public dock. The trails are beautiful in the fall.

Beautiful place to Camp, Fish, Kayak, Boating, Walking, Bicycle Riding & Pet Friendly. Prices are Affordable & the Camp hosts are friendly. Firewood is available on the premises I had an Absolutely Amazing experience

Great place to camp. Kid friendly, game room, nice big play area. Nice access to the lake. Going back there soon.

I have so many fond memories of Memorial Park. Spent so many days there for family gatherings, spent time at the Girl Scout Camp building there. The Nature Trail is my favorite!

So much fun here and so pretty lots of hiking trails to go threw it is always clean and friendly people lots of wild life to see very clean park

Very pleasant waterside RV park. Popular without feeling crowded. Clean facilities. Nice walking/biking trails. Nice lake enjoyed by the locals, with decent fishing.

Our family of 13 thoroughly enjoyed our week camping! The campground is clean and our sites were spacious. Bathrooms were always clean and functional a plus when you’re a tenter!. Whether the four year old or 75 year old, we ALL enjoyed hiking, biking and swimming! Finally, the park managers were extremely friendly and accommodating. Great people!

We came here because we had a family gathering on Sunday in Watertown and thought we could make it a short vacation. We checked Memorial day and there was one full hook up left so we took it. It was close to the beach, and we could sit in the shade most of the day. I loved exploring the bike and walking paths. We stopped at the office/store just to see if they had sour cream. They didn't, but Gail went to her house and got us some We were supposed to leave the next day but with wind advisorys out we opted to stay another night. Another camper was coming in to our spot but Gail helped us find another satisfactory site. Also on Sunday they ran into some sewer issues. They talked to us about it and kept us well informed. Great people, Scott and Gail. We definitely would come back.

Terrible the campground manager told us our guests did not have a big enough camper for the spots I reserved. No policy about this I could find online and she treated me like I was deceitful. I paid full price for both spots and reserved them 90 days ago. She treats people terribly and not the first time or complaint I've heard of. Time for new management ASAP.
