They are not reliable. The picture is my pants that they fixed like it. The skill level of alteration is poor. : Even though I let them know this, they do not listen and take an action.
Good work but definitely not cheap.
Very friendly staff, great service, reasonable prices, and perfect working hours.
They will destroy your clothes. Been bringing my cleaning here for 19 years. They were great until change of owner last year. Quality now poor and recently they shredded the collars of 6 shirts. They blamed it on my shirts and have not offered any compensation.
Have been using Cocos for years. Friendly, fast and as far as I can tell their pricing is competitive to other dry cleaners.
Lost our item and didn’t have it for the day they said they would. Wouldn’t discount or provide any positive customer service to compensate the time or gas needed to return once they found my item.
Excellent quality and alterations.
Brought my blanket in to get cleaned, was charged $28 dollars, blanket doesn’t really look clean...
