Coconut Whisk Cafe & Boba Shop

So many fun drinks to try here, I hope to be back so I can get more than just the Jade Dragon. The shop is very cute with little side areas for sitting that allow you some distance if you want during Covid times. The vegan treats were interesting, maybe not my first go to for a waffle and pancake but very good for being vegan. The cloudberry sauce on the pancakes was great. I just wish there were longer hours so I could come back after work sometime.

YUM! Such a good spot to stop in downtown for tasty treats. I love the fact that the menu is gluten free and vegan. I had never tried crystal Boba before and they gave me a sample to see if I wanted it in my drink. I didn't, but it was still very cool. The pancake bites were so tasty and the edible glitter made my day and brought smiles to our faces. Vegetarian options: All items are vegan

Super cute cafe! Finally sweets that are easy on my tummy. Thank you for this GF vegan sweets spot. I took a mango tea recommendation from the owner that was super refreshing! I also tried the cloudberry pancakes. They were so yummy and not too sweet. The "butter" is so creamy and has such great flavor. And so pretty with the glitter. I wish there were delivery options so I could try more often, but I will be back!

We enjoyed the cloudberry waffle sticks and the Vietnamese iced coffee was pretty good also! Love that it's 100% gluten free so I don't need to worry despite having celiac disease. However, be aware that the wait can be quite long. I expected it to be much quicker and almost had too much time on my parking meter; unfortunately it's right in an area with only paid parking around which is kinda inconvenient when you want to just stop in for something to go.

LOVE Coconut Whisk! I have been a few times and it seems after every visit I'm already planning my next! The owners and staff are always so inviting and friendly. The shop is comfortable and a great place to visit with friends. Everything I've tried has been delicious...Mini Pancakes, Waffle Sticks, and all the Boba! Good luck trying to decide on so many delicious options. Thank you Coconut Whisk team for doing what you do!

This is absolutely my favorite cafe in the twin cities. The staff is soooooo nice. The owner, Bella, is a sweetie. The waffle sticks and mini pancakes are adorable and delicious. But the drinks are the best by far! I am lactose intolerant/maybe allergic to milk, so 99% of milk teas make me sick. However here, I can have anything on the menu with no fear of a hidden dairy ingredient. I work right down the street, so I have a very hard time saying no to Coconut Whisk as my afternoon treat. If you're in the area, you have to give this place a try. And if you're not in the area then you should definitely buy some of their baking mixes online.

100% gluten free & vegan! i got the original waffles sticks which has powdered sugar and gold flakes on top and comes with a side of mylk cloud and maple syrup. the mylk cloud is almost like vegan whipped butter, it was super good and salty! the crème brûlée boba was delicious too! it tastes like waffles actually! definitely would come back to try more!

Stopped here for a solo Sunday splurge. I had sweet, fluffy mom’s favorite cereal pancakes and a smooth lavender & vanilla latte. I really like the mix and match tea options and the peach bum with mango popping boba was refreshing on a warm day.Recommended dishesCereal

They were so amazing. I came from ny to visit and coconut whisk made my stay feel like home. I did not have exact change so was given a free iced Vietnamese coffee. Beautiful inside and the iced coffee was the best I ever had. Was also given this for free a cookie mix that I’m going to bake at home

Honestly an amazing boba shop for many reasons: - has a large variety in types of good drinks. And yummy specialty drinks - drinks are not too sweet - space is cute and fun - workers were super nice Had the "jade dragon" or strawberry matcha latte with oat milk and it was one of the better strawberry matchas I have had Also tried the "lake monster" pea flower drink which was also a yummy tangy drink Highly recommend if you are in the area
