Appreciated the fact they fit me in on short notice and the staff are very friendly. Dana did a great job refreshing my hair. She was very through and took the time to do a great job. I will definitely be back.

I got my hair done by a young lady who unfortunately did not know what she was doing. She stripped my hair so that I could go lighter (medium brown from dark brown) but then she dyed it black with red chunks after… I spoke to Coco’s manager who was no help in resolving the issue. When I went elsewhere to have my hair dyed one solid colour my hair turned to goo and I lost a FULL 10” of length. It took the young lady at Coco’s 6 hours to strip and colour my hair… with the manager working there the whole time… I don’t understand why none of the employees noticed that she was completely destroying my hair. I had beautiful hair that reached my middle back and now thanks to this unprofessional business my hair is above my shoulders. I am so embarrassed of the job this business and its employees are doing. Please, no one risk your hair and go to this place!
