I usually love this place! They do a wonderful job with the nail treatment and again today my nails look great. My issue is the customer service. It was beyond obvious that the girls working were talking and laughing about multiple customers. I honestly could not care less if you aren't speaking english and just chatting, but that was definitely not the case here. Multiple times a customer walked through the door, the girls would look over say something and laugh or make faces at each other. The owner however is always very sweet. I gipe this doesn't continue or I may have to change where I visit.

The absolute WORST. First, let me start off by saying I was overcharged, according to their own pricing menu. They refused to refund me- however that was just the icing on an already bitter cake. Pedicure- they do not use a pumice on your feet- instead offer only a very cursory scrub that lasts approximately 15 seconds per foot. If you have the audacity to ask for more- you are initially told no and then you have to insist on a full callous treatment, which is 12 dollars. Also, If they mess up your polish, ie cause a smudge- they WILL NOT touch it up unless you ask multiple times (third time was a charm for me). However, looking at my feet right now, there are still gaping smudges where I can see bare nail. More importantly, they tray of tools she took out of the “sanitizer” was filthy and had other peoples clipped skin and nails all over it. I requested her to clean them, though I doubt she did when she walked away. This was surprising because the premises is brand new with new equipment and appears on its face to be clean… clearly it won’t be this way for long. SO NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR THE HOUR PLUS OUT OF MY BUSY DAY. I will say that they gave a nice "gel" manicure. My fingernails look great and were painted perfectly. Just be wary, because when you ask for a "gel " manicure they use shellac (a great product)... and you think you are getting charged 25 for the "gel" but really because it is "shellac" they charge you $15 more. TOTAL SCAM. All in all when I left CoCo my bill was 80 dollars for a “gel” mani and pedi (which according to the menu are 20 and 25 respectively) plus my $12 callous treatment…. No biggie, just overcharged by approximately $23 dollars, not including tip. It would have been cheaper to go to the nicest salon in my town instead of this little filthy Asian place. STAY AWAY.
