I had an excellent experience at the Cochrane Urgent Care Centre. Although the wait was quite long, I could tell it was because the team was being thorough and careful with every patient—including me.nnDr. Garth, along with my nurses Jill and Allison, took such good care of me. They were kind, informative, and made sure I understood everything that was happening. I felt genuinely comfortable and well looked after throughout my visit.nnTheir attention to detail and compassion were truly appreciated. Thank you to the entire team for the outstanding care.
Nurse Amber with the vaccination team is such a lovely person. All nurses are pretty nice, but I feel good whenever my 1 year old son has a vaccination appointment which ends up with her as she's incredibly cool, calm and pleasant to interact with.
We are so fortunate to have such an incredible facility like this in Cochrane. The care I received today was amazing and I’m extremely grateful. Dr. Leon Greeff was kind, attentive, thoughtful and incredibly knowledgeable. Nurse Megan put my mind at ease right away and made me feel like I was in capable hands. My triage process went seamlessly, and I appreciate the positivity and level of concern upon admission. Thank you to this phenomenal team for your concern, care and treatment.
WOW. 11/10nnI was in and out in less than 2 hours, saw the doctor twice, and had x-rays done. The doctor herself called me back a few hours later to let me know the surgeon didn’t believe my hand required surgery.nnShout out to Dr. Emma Swan and Dr. Brandon Hone. They were absolutely wonderful.nnI’ve been to hospitals/doctors over a dozen times for broken bones I’m clumsy and lack fear, terrible combo and I’ve had some awful experiences, and I’ve had some good experiences, but this was the first EXCELLENT experience I’ve had.
I received professional support during my 7 hour stay in urgent care. Doctors and nurses used all resources available to them try and figure out what was going on with my body and causing me pain. Shorter wait time and access to ultrasound would have given a five star review.
