1 hour wait yesterday was atrocious. Staff hard to find to ask for help, and a lack of signage as to what to put in each bin. There should be signs with images/icons and a list of items that could go in each, as it was confusing what was recyclable and what was not. This would help the next stage too I image as lots of things end up in the wrong bins.
Screws left everywhere nobody sweeps, had 2 tire punctures. Tried to address the issue with the manager he basically doesn’t care. They reduced the on site from 14 cars to 8 cars at a time, the wait is always 1-2 hours to dump. The guys running this place should be fired.
Says on their website: “Schedules are subject to change without notice.”nThat’s fine in theory, but when they close 1.5 hours early like they did yesterday, how are we supposed to know not to waste our time driving there?
Welcoming staff very helpful just a heads up to the management there is a need for mechanical broom servicing absolutely need to care about passengers cars otherwise people won't care about recycling if this causes flat tires on personal private vehicles.
This ecocenter works relatively well. Line ups can be quite long at times, so you should try to avoid afternoon traffic time.nnThe staff is courteous in general.
