Do not head out there if there is two inches of snow on the ground...  they are busy “working” on opening the driveway.  
Were I’m from, we open the driveway before heading out to work...  but I guess it’s different here.  
We left Nanaimo in the morning for a visit here and had $ to spend.  We stoped there around 2pm and they seemed offended by the fact that we parked in there driveway while it was still being plowed.  I was really disappointed by the way we were welcomed...  armes flailing and being told to leave...
We were highly recommended to visit this place, but I guess we wont have a chance to see their products.  :(
Hope you guys will have a better experience than us.

Thank you for your reply Jeremy Humpherville. I greatly appreciate your comments and can understand your decision to close shop on that day.
I’m from New Brunswick and on the east coast, we deal with snow storms on a... well... almost on a daily basis. For example, we are expecting 35 cm of snow on Thursday, but for us, we get up, remove snow and go to work...  but I can understand that it’s not the “norm” on your island. Here, it’s business as usual... but we see this type of weather every week from November to April.
Furthermore, the fact that the snow removal crew isn’t your staff makes my review irrelevant concerning your shop and artists.
I’m just sorry that we missed the chance to visit your shop.  We had great recommendations  and were eager to see your products.
I’m changing our rating from a 1 stare to a 4 stare following your reply. And hope that the next time we are on the west coast we will be able to visit you guys.
Once again, thanks for your reply.  Greatly appreciate and hope that our review modifications will not affect your awsome shop’s reputation.
