Highly Recommended. Physiotherapist Corrie Okamura helped me to resolve my Plantar Fasciitis using Shock Wave Therapy. I found Corrie to be a very pleasant, highly skilled and friendly physiotherapist. She was always very aware of my level of comfort with the treatment and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I read about Shock Wave Therapy online when I was trying to decide which Physio office to choose and I would definitely recommend it. Within a few treatments my foot was doing a lot better and I found that I looked forward to the next appointment. I did not mind the treatment itself, and best describe it as a cross between a light jack hammer and a really good massage. There were only slight moments of discomfort when it touched on a particularly sensitive area of my foot. I would definitely use this treatment again. As far as the office itself, I found the front counter staff to be very friendly and helpful. I never had a problem with parking as there is more parking below the building if there is not a spot out front of the office itself.

Wow @ Miss Desiree. You sound like you expect everyone and everything to work exactly as you want it at all times. Entitled, a little bit? When you book online you can see a list of therapists and pick them or the software will put you in with the next available therapist. How is that not your responsibility to confirm? It says right there who they will be. I've booked many appointments at the clinic and with other services using the same software, it's really really obvious. Secondly, there is parking around back, like the sign says, which is almost always free. Elevator to get to the main floor too so you don't have to climb stairs. Maybe take some responsibility.

I’ve been doing physio and rmt here for a month now, and after 7+ sessions combined I’m really glad they have this branch here close to where I live. Convenient, reliable and the professionals are very knowledgeable.

Went to Coast Therapy to see Lois and it was an amazing experience. She was very professional but still easy to talk to. The clinic was welcoming with easy parking underground. One thing that really made it extra easy was the online booking and that the clinic was able to do direct billing to my benefits providers.
