I found the mattress a bit soft for my liking. The room was clean, comfortable, however the coffee pot could have been updated!nnThe walls were both soundproof and unfortunately we were next to a very noisy family. Kids going out and in banging the doors loudly, loud voices and shouting. We were on the second floor which was the pet floor! The constant noises and door slamming bothered our dog and she barked a few times.nnI was having a medical procedure done the following day so getting a good nights rest was imperative!nnThat being said, the front desk staff, especially Megan and Marsha were amazing! We appreciated that the hotel was pet friendly!nnWe would stay there again despite our noisy neighbours!
During my recent visit, I had some minor issues with the room heating. However, the hotel staff was quick to rectify the situation and made sure that I was comfortable.nnWhat was truly impressive was their ability to accommodate my family for an early check-in time. This helped us settle in and relax before our busy day ahead. Awesome experience!
Terrible Experience – No Respect for GuestsnI had a not pleasant stay at this hotel. They allow loud parties to go on until dawn, making it impossible to sleep. Despite calling reception multiple times, and even after security intervened several times, the guests next to my room continued their party as if nothing happened. The hotel staff seemed unable or unwilling to enforce any rules, leaving other guests to suffer. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a peaceful and restful stay.
I had a wonderful stay here with my family. My room was clean and spacious, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is also decently located, only a 15 minutes drive away from the airport and downtown. There is also a supermarket and some fast food restaurants nearby which is pretty convenient when you want to grab something to eat. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a much more affordable place to stay as compared to the ones in downtown.
I was very pleasantly surprised at how good our stay was here. The rooms were comfortable, extremely clean, and very affordable. Added to this, was how quiet the rooms were. For a hotel close to hwy 1, and the airport, we heard almost no distracting or disturbing noise, which really made for a peaceful nights sleep. The staff made the stay that much more enjoyable, with no hassles, or issues. Again, I was pleasantly surprised, as my habit is to stay in my known upscale bubble for hotels, but I’ll certainly consider Best Western for future travel.
