Response to request are made fast and efficientnAlways looking for a place with a pool hot tub and sauna and they have all three. Individual saunas in each men’s and women’s bathrooms. My stay was amazing ! No complaints. They even upgraded my room for free and that was a pleasant surprise. They even had a bidet in the room that had a heated seat and that was awesome. Hotel was super clean and everyone was super friendly.
The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, the rooms are well appointed with big screen TV, clean and automated bidet in the washroom. The in house restaurant staff are very friendly. Nothing but good things to stay. Last time I was here was 2019 and it was equally good and they had dog friendly rooms which was fantastic
Our recent stay at The Coast Hotel was exceptional. We booked the Jacuzzi room, and it exceeded all expectations. The room was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and the jacuzzi itself provided the perfect touch of comfort and relaxation. It created an atmosphere that was both luxurious and welcoming.nnWhat truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. Every team member I encountered was professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Their dedication to providing excellent service made me feel valued as a guest and ensured my experience was memorable from start to finish.nnWe would highly recommend The Coast Hotel to anyone seeking a relaxing getaway or a special occasion stay. The combination of well-appointed accommodations and outstanding hospitality makes it an easy choice. We look forward to returning in the future.
The hotel staff, including the Front Desk, restaurant & bar, and maids were all friendly and courteous. The Prime Rib was excellent and there was a decent wine selection list. Best of all, I thought I had signed up thru Expedia for more nights than the hotel was aware of. The Front Desk was able to extend my stay for a very reasonable rate. The built-in bidet was a surprise, but a delightful one. I would not hesitate to go back to the Coast Hotel in Prince George.
