Hotel exterior and lobby were very clean and presentable. Employees were very polite as well. Since we were just passing through, we did not try the restaurant. Our suite was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Walking distance to a gallery and several restaurants. We’ll definitely be back if we’re ever in the area.
Outstanding customer service from central reservations and the local front desk. They went above and beyond to accommodate our request for an early check in, even blocking the night before to ensure the suite we wanted was available. While the hotel is older it is immaculately clean and has very large comfortable suites with plush robes, bidets and balconies. Beds are very comfortable with quality linens. Two onsite restaurants are well-rated. We stay here often. The location is right downtown which means there are quite a few marginalized people on the streets but it is no different for the other newly hotels - Hyatt, Ramada, Marriott.
The Coast in Prince George is the best choice for convention goers as it is an easy walk to the Convention Centre. The restaurant has great food I had the Prime Rib on Thursday and breakfast on Saturday with friendly, efficient, staff.nnThe ninth floor room that I had this stay was bright and spacious with black out curtains that did the job magnificently.nnThe front desk and housekeeping staff were helpful and friendly.
My husband and I stayed here for our first wedding anniversary. Our stay was wonderful, great staff, clean hotel. Thank you for the chocolate covered strawberries! It was such a nice surprise when we entered our room.
The staff at reception are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are super clean and the beds are comfortable. I liked the bidet and shower. I will recommend this hotel to all who stay in Prince George.
