I went to coast appliances after a recommendation from a colleague. I usually use Costco for appliances. Costco is always cheap, have a good delivery service and take away the old unit which is critical for me. However, with all the Trump nonsense, I wanted to use a local source.nnCoast was as cheap, maybe a bit cheaper as there's was a sale, delivery time was comparable to Costco within a few days took a few weeks to get my washer dryer. They did a full install and took away the old units and did a reasonable job. I was able to do everything online, with telephone and email communications. They were pretty responsive. I was a bit annoyed they didn't have stock with right in town, the one advantage I would expect from buying from a local store.nnOverall a simple and successful transaction. I'll definitely go to them first when my fridge dies.
Dan has been such a great resource for us when needing appliances for both my business and my house. He makes great recommendations, is really knowledgeable and the service is prompt and honest. He also tries his absolute best to get you the very best price possible. Definitely ask for him to help you out the next time you need appliances! Thank you!
Had a lovely experience at Coast Appliances which was largely due to Carol Stewart. She made the situation effortless. Her 35 years experience really stood out. I needed a cooktop immediately and she made that happen while saving me lots of $$$. Coast doesn’t disappoint.
My husband and I were shopping for a dishwasher. We had a fantastic experience with Isabel helping us. She listened to what we wanted in features and what we did not want. She was not pushy and did not hover around us. We ended up buying our machine here based on her professionalism and knowledge about the products. Highly recommend Coast appliance’s and Highly recommend Isabel!
My landlord purchased the oven in my condo from Coast Appliances and I recently needed help with a repair. Liz truly went above and beyond in helping me solve the problem. Instead of simply referring me to a service company, she took time out of her busy day to personally assist me in troubleshooting the issue. She provided helpful links and information, and even followed up with a couple of phone calls throughout the day to ensure I had everything I needed. Her support was incredibly generous and thoughtful. 10/10 service—thank you, Liz!!
