Had a solid stay here. Room was clean and service was great. Definitely recommend!
Dirtiest rooms I have ever slept in. Had to clean the room as we arrived. Pubic hair on the floor around the toilet urine on toilet and side of the tub. Bedspread was dirty with a crusty substance . Asked for a new one the cleaner informed me they didn’t have extras. Received a thin blacker to replace it. Sheets were dirty. So much dust. Was supposed to be a no smoking hotel but our room smelled like pot. Had 6 couples with us one room had cockroaches . Front deck did not give us a discount. Very disappointed
Stopped by after a long drive and first visited Coaldale Inn on a Monday night somewhere in December. I enjoyed the food, especially the Chicken Parmigiana—it was excellent! I’ve since returned and ordered it again last week, and it never fails to satisfy my cravings. My friends also enjoyed as they say great food and great service. Thank you, Coaldale Inn! Will sure come back!
To the owner maybe if you paid your cleaning staff more than $15 an hour you might have cleaner rooms, happier customers and staff
Stopped by to cool off in the heat. The girl in the tavern was very Friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately I cannot remember her name.nDecided to stay overnight. Was definitely impressed with the cleanliness and how quiet the room was considering the proximity to the highway.nStaff were all awesome, and we had supper there as well! Closest thing to home cooking I have seen in some time.nKeep up the great work! I will definitely be diverting from Lethbridge on our travels to stay here again!
