Absolutely chaos. Rude driver who answer rudely on enquiries. No one available at service desk as well. I know these stupid big corporations will ignore such feedback but just AVOID MEGA BUS if you want to have a peaceful journey!
Kingston megabus and coach Canada terminal with all the facilities you need as a bus stop. Washrooms are clean. Closed parking for coaches. Ample parking area for passengers. Friendly customer care.nnThe seating area is nice and clean. A small chicken shop also seated inside with a big menu and coffeennLooks like a busy location.nnPayphone and machine for snacks and drinks also available.nnThey will announce bus boarding information
Don’t choose Mega Bus if you want a peaceful trip specially this bus is not for elders and kids. No water/sink/flush in toilet. The toilet is never cleaned and stinks all the time. On our trip from Toronto to Montreal, our bus driver had a fight with someone so our trip was bit delayed. Throughout the trip it was so suffocating in bus as AC was not working properly or what. On our way back from Montreal to Toronto. Our bus stopped in middle of the highway due to gas leakage. Another bus arrived after 3 hours. so it was a terrible experience. please keep wipes/water/ food with you as bus only stops for 15 mins and there is no WIFI.
The guy at the counter and driver were spectacular, so please know this is nothing about service!nThis company however is so predatory… the website makes it look like it costs a certain amount, until you’re checking out. Then they add all these extra fees and make it seem as though you pay more to book in advance. But then when you go there it costs like 20 bucks extra to pay there if it’s within an hour of your bus.nAnd there is a booking fee on TOP of the extra cost of booking close to departure time.nSaid 70 online, ended up paying 100.
Plug ins have No power. Took the bus for a less stressful ride has been more stressful. Need to work and can’t plug in your phone because none of the plugs work. All the driver says is sorry guess I’ll let someone know tomorrow. Seriously? Also Blocks off the 2 front row seats so no one can sit in them. How is this okay?
